We have numerous events throughout the year, designed to engage the collective Open School family and also raise money at the same time. Friends of the Open School is responsible for organizing the fundraising efforts at the Open School. 

We hope you will participate in all of our events as a volunteer, organizer or attendee and we look forward to your support and enthusiasm.

We extend our deep and sincere thanks to all who donated in the first few weeks of school. Unfortunately, we have seen only 70% of the number of donors this year as we did at the same point last school year.

The Fall Book Fair kicked off in the Library after school today and will run throughout Conference Week until Friday, November 16th.  Stop by the Open School Library to pick up books for your family, friends, your child’s cluster, or the Open Library collection.

Thank you to everyone for another successful Campout. 

Special thanks to Scott Henry, Tami Hachiya and Joanna Bressel-Wilder for keeping everyone full and hydrated; Eric Weingrad and Jeanine Wright for lighting up the night with evening activities; Allison Vazarlly and Susan Lillestol for keeping our kids busy with arts & crafts and the many volunteers who jumped in and helped wherever needed.
